I’m Cerys Williams, Founder of Guiding Light.
I support both people and places during moments of transition - times when clarity, steadiness, or deeper alignment are needed.
My work has two distinct strands:
• Specialist Spiritual Coaching for those feeling stuck, overwhelmed, misaligned, or unable to name what’s wrong;
• Energy Clearing for Land & Property when a home, garden, or piece of land feels heavy, unsettled, or out of balance.
Whether the imbalance is within a person or within a place, my role is to help restore harmony, ease, and direction. Many clients come to me when something feels “off” but they can’t quite articulate why. Together, we explore what’s happening beneath the surface — gently uncovering what needs attention, release, or realignment.
My Path & Training
My work is rooted in a blend of spiritual, energetic, and academic training. I am a:
• Reiki Master
• Certified Soul Coach
• Advanced Energy Medicine Practitioner
• Practitioner trained within a Peruvian Shamanic lineage, deepening my connection to land, spirit, and the unseen layers of healing
• Ongoing student with the Spirit Release Academy
Alongside my spiritual training, I hold:
• Two Master of Arts degrees
• A Postgraduate Diploma in Psychology
• A professional background in senior NHS management
This combination of grounded academic understanding and intuitive energetic practice shapes the steadiness and clarity I bring to my work.
Specialist Spiritual Coaching
My coaching work blends Shamanic Energy Medicine with NLP, creating a deep, intuitive, and psychologically informed pathway for profound inner change. This is not goal‑setting or surface‑level mindset work - it is a spacious, transformative process that helps clients understand and release what lies beneath their patterns, blocks, and emotional landscapes.
Clients often come to me after trying many other approaches without finding the shift they hoped for. They may feel frustrated, confused, exhausted, or at the end of their tether - sensing that something deeper is at play but unsure how to reach it.
Coaching with me is usually a long‑term, transformative journey, not a quick fix.
I typically work with clients for 12 months, and for those with more complex needs, up to 24 months.
Sessions last 90–120 minutes, usually once a month, giving you time to integrate the energetic and psychological shifts that unfold during and between sessions.
This work is spacious, subtle, and profound. It is an investment in lasting change - the kind that spirals outward from your inner world into every part of your life.
Before we begin, Spiritual Coaching clients receive a document pack that includes:
• a Health & Lifestyle questionnaire
• a Client Contract
• a Privacy Notice explaining how your data is used and safeguarded
• an introductory brochure about the work
Sessions are booked once these documents are completed and returned.
Energy Clearing for Land & Property
Land and property work follows a different rhythm.
Some clients come to me once; others return when new layers arise or when a space feels unsettled again.
Homes, gardens, workplaces, and Land all hold history, memory, and energetic residue - and each space reveals what it needs in its own time.
Before we begin for Land & Property work, clients receive:
• a short PDF outlining what I need from them (for example, a floor plan or land map, full address including postcode, and any relevant context)
• a Privacy Notice explaining how I use and process their data
• an introductory brochure (if not already shared after a Discovery Call)
• A Client Contract

As a Spiritual Writer, I share reflections on Land, Spirit, and healing through:
• Substack
• Seasonal newsletters
• Articles on this website
• Community posts
My writing is part of the same tapestry as my energetic and ceremonial work - rooted in presence, inquiry, and care.
I also support changemakers and spiritual practitioners in refining their language, tone, and digital presence so their work can be expressed with clarity and integrity.
How We Work Together
All sessions - whether for you or for your Land - are conducted remotely via Google Meet or Facebook Messenger.
This allows me to tune into the energetic layers of your inner landscape or your environment with clarity and focus.
Site visits for Land Readings & Clearings are very rare, but may be arranged if I consider an in‑person visit genuinely beneficial for the work. Where this is agreed, separate fees are charged for travel and on‑site time, in addition to the standard session fee.
After your session
Following each session - whether coaching or Land work - I share recommendations via email to help you integrate the shifts that have taken place.
If a Soul Retrieval has been carried out during a coaching session, I will also send a short set of notes about the retrieval itself.
I do not share findings or insights, as this would take you out of the energetic space we have created together.
In the days following a session, whether Spiritual Coaching or Land work, clients often describe a sense of lightness, clarity, and renewed wellbeing as subtle shifts ripple outward, transforming both space and spirit.
